Terms & Conditions – Sparky Growth

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the marketing and lead-generation services provided by Sparky Growth, a trading name of Pipeline Solutions Group Limited (Company No: 15741235) (“the Agency”).


By engaging the Agency’s services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The Agency provides marketing and lead-generation services focused on generating high-quality sales leads for electricians. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Professional videography & image creation with voiceover

  • Creation of advertising pages

  • Full ad campaign creation and management

  • Input of Client service areas

  • Setup of lead-tracking dashboards

  • Automated lead-delivery systems

  • Weekly progress updates and strategy support

The Agency does not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales. Results depend on multiple factors outside the Agency’s control. However, the Agency commits to providing high-quality, actionable leads using proven systems with a strong track record of results.

2. Fees and Payment

A one-time setup fee is required before any work begins. This fee covers:

  • Complete setup of marketing campaigns

  • Advertising page creation

  • Lead-tracking infrastructure

  • Creative production

  • Automated systems setup

This setup fee authorises the Agency to begin work and is non-refundable.

No further payment is required until the Agency generates completed work for the Client, as defined in Section 3.

3. Commission

The Client agrees to pay the Agency a fixed commission of £100–£150 (plus VAT where applicable) for each completed job resulting from leads generated by the Agency.

Key Terms

  • The exact commission amount (within the stated range) will be agreed depending on job value and whether it is an EV charger installation or a standard electrical job.

  • Commission becomes due immediately upon completion of each job.

  • Commission remains payable even if the Client does not complete the job for reasons within their control.

Examples

  • If the Client begins a job but chooses not to complete it for personal reasons, commission is still owed.

  • If a customer decides not to proceed with a quoted job, no commission is owed.

The Client must provide accurate information regarding all completed jobs for proper commission calculation.

4. Advertising Spend

The Client is solely responsible for all Meta advertising spend (Facebook & Instagram).

The Client agrees to:

  • Fund Meta ads at a minimum of £10 per day

  • Maintain this budget for at least 30 consecutive days

  • Ensure all payment methods remain active and up to date

If payments fail or the ad account becomes restricted:

  • Campaigns may pause automatically

  • Performance may decline or reset

  • Commission obligations remain unaffected

All advertising spend decisions are the responsibility of the Client.

5. Lead Management

The Client agrees to:

  • Contact all leads promptly

  • Provide competitive quotes

  • Report all completed jobs accurately

The Agency may contact leads to verify job status for commission accuracy.

The Client must act honestly and transparently regarding all commissions owed.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms take effect from the date the Client engages the Agency’s services and remain in force until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

  • No money-back guarantee is provided

  • Commission remains payable for all leads generated before termination

7. Limitation of Liability

The Agency is not liable for:

  • Loss of profit

  • Loss of business

  • Leads failing to convert

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Outcomes affected by insufficient ad spend, failed payments, or early campaign interruption

Results depend on several factors outside the Agency’s control, including the Client’s responsiveness, pricing, workmanship, and market conditions.

8. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All materials produced by the Agency—including videos, images, creative assets, campaign setups, and advertising pages—remain the property of the Agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client must not duplicate, use, or share these materials without explicit permission from the Agency.
